Why is one of the most morally valued trait of character one of the most burdening and least rewarding. Doesn’t it seem the more times you are honest the more troubles you have. Why isn’t honesty as helpful as it should? Who said honesty is the best policy? It seems like no one stands with you when you are honest. Yes, the truth shall set you free, but by telling the truth you will almost always be flying alone most times.
